Touch Utilitas
Navigation buttons are having a transparent overlay which gives them a nice look without losing the option to change its color.

Touch Utilitas supports two navigational levels. One to four items on the first level which are at the top. The child-pages are displayed at the bottom.
There is room for 10 custom headers, 5 JPGs and 5 PNGs.
If you do not like certain elements to be visible you can hide them. Touch Utilitas is not making use of the sidebar except for the plugin sidebar (Blog).
